I am always interested to see who pops up on other people's albums; on this one, REM's Peter Buck produces two songs and brings in the Indigo girls and the bassist from Widespread Panic; on other songs, you'll hear Adam Duritz, The Chieftains, and U2's Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen, Jr, who does remixes of several songs. But make no mistake: this is Nanci's album, and her beautiful and unmistakable voice and her gift for understated introspective songwriting are in peak form.

I loved for a summer once with this album...

I feel a warm spot for the memories associated with this disc. It is worth the purchase. She has a beautiful voice. "Going Back to Georgia" is a charming song. "The Flyer" leaves a lump in your throat.
