Interesting

Kind of sound like old Bring Me The Horizon, which is convenient since now BMTH sounds like someone gave a Barbie doll a microphone.

Not what I wanted.

This isn’t the sound of the true Bad Omens, this is some bring me the mice and men sounding crap... Go back to the sound of the first album and the two singles that followed don’t follow the foot steps of all the mainstream metalcore clowns out there... Go back to the old ways....

Solid progression

I didn’t dislike their debut, but was pretty underwhelmed by it. Half the record was heavy, half was soft and boring. With this new record, Bad Omens made big steps in the right direction. They are at their best when they are leaning towards their heavier side. Not to say it has to be heavy to be good but the more melodic songs on this record are still upbeat and aggressive, allowing their vocalist to hit almost every point of his range. Bad Omens is a band with insane potential and this record showcases that. As long as they keep the riffs coming and angst in the melody, these dudes are gunna blow up.
