"Lost" is a great track but...

As far as Greenville Massive's music is concerned, I have only heard the one track "Lost", and I am absolutely in love with it. I would love to review that song & the album in its entirety in greater depth, but unfortunately I never got to listen to enough of it. The song I intended to buy, "Lost", is the most popular track on this album (I'm assuming), so iTunes decided to try and be slick and sell it via the dreaded "ALBUM ONLY" method, so now I will just go without, just out of spite and principle. You'll have to excuse me for being so dramatic, but wasn't that specifically one of the more influential reasons that led to iTunes major success with digital music sales in the first place? I mean, it allowed us to be able to purchase our favorite songs individually if and when we may not be comfortable buying the entire album, right?!? Now I guess they have changed their goals from providing the masses with pure unadulterated entertainment, to now trying to trick and/or force people into buying things they don't really want or more of something than they really wanted... From a marketing strategy standpoint, I get the idea, and I also realize that iTunes is a business, and businesses are out to make money, but that doesnt mean I necessarily agree with it, so that being said, I still have to consider this a major FAIL for them. Although It might not sound like it right now, I really do love iTunes, and enjoy the service they provide for the entertainment junkie inside us all, but when they pull hypocritical stunts like this, it bothers me. And even though it is only $1.29, they still lost out on a sale, as I will just purchase it through another digital music retailer, because I refused to be forced to buy a ton of something I don't want just because it includes one thing that I do. Two thumbs down for iTunes.
