We're so alive, endless like the sky.

If someone told you that Hammock's latest album is like a successor to "Raising Your Voice..." well, they'd be right. Everything and Nothing harkens back to Hammock's early days, with the bluesy guitar, airy production, mid-register vocals, and plenty of percussion. In fact, it almost sounds more like Kenotic than their sophomore album. Regardless, it's excellent (as always) and shows that there are still artists out there who are able to return to their roots successfully...just when they're good and ready.

Are digital releases going to be as expensive as price-gouging CDs now? I understand that making a profit is great, but this is steep for a digital file. I'll buy it used, thanks.
That said, I still love me some Hammock.

extraordinarily (almost painfully) beautiful

Hard to articulate just how much I’m enjoying this album. It might be my favorite of the 4 Hammock albums I own.
