Great Closure to a Truly Great Series

This little bookend of a show neatly ties up Dan's truly excellent Khan series, and offers a more conclusive end to it in my opinion than episode IV. There's more detailing how the influence of Mongol military tactics have never really left since their inception by the nomadic step peoples, and sharp analysis of the current state of Mongol historiography. In addition is some brilliant commentary tying up the little tangents he drew in parts I, II, III, & IV to contemporary society. Really insightful and definitely worth getting if you want the cherry on top of your Wrath of the Khans experience! Great work Dan, seriously.

You will wish Dan was your HS History Teacher

Authentic history told in storyteller fashion that makes you feel as if you are watching events unfold in front of you. I love the pacing and the change of inflection when quoting. Dan is a real pro.
