Their new direction...

I've been a fan of Hawk Nelson for a long time. Their fun, uplifting punk rock feel made me love them. So seeing them transform into a typical Christian contemporary pop/rock band has been a huge let down. That said, I think this album is still pretty decent overall and can help a lot of people spiritually. So while I don't think they'll ever be able to make an album better than "Smile, It's the End of the World ", I appreciate them following God's path, and I'll continue to support them.

Hawk Nelson is back and better than ever! This album is phenomenal! It is everything I hoped it would be and more. The songs are fun and have such meaningful lyrics. I've been a fan since the beginning and I believe this could be one of their best records yet. If you want to thank God for something, go ahead and thank God for this album!

I'm tired of people bashing christian bands for trying to experiment and try new styles of music. Seriously. You should be supportive for them because they are following Jesus and spreading his Word in a fun way, for those who love pop music this is so much more uplifting than boybands. If you don't like their new music here's some instructions, pay close attention now: #1 stop listening to them, or #2 listen to their old albums. Do you know how popular these bands could become if they gave in the the ways of this world?!?!? Going down the narrow road is tough. Instead of creating secular music they they are praising Jesus, so support them for that. God bless you guys. Keep doing what your doing and following your passion always have been a fan, always will be.
