Huge Fan

I first saw Alyssa live at The Roxy in Los Angeles, CA on March 28, 2008 and I was so impressed with her talent, enthusiasm and stage presence, She grabbed my attention and my heart! I have been a huge fan ever since. I have every song she has ever put to vinyl and this new album is quite a triumph. Alyssa fell in love and her writing has matured through that relationship. I expect even more beautiful songs in the future. If you have a chance you should check out her song 'Beautiful Night' her piano work is outstanding and is my favorite song.

Alyssa has gone above the expected and outside of the box, here. Her vocal cries, twists, purrs, starchiness, light and airy, low and sultry, she just hits every chord here, on ‘Destined.’ Every song is great. Not good. Great. All of them. I enjoyed the mechanical beat mixed with real drums, which she plays, on “Time to Heal.” I know she also plays drums on “Loud Enough,” and “Two Seconds Away.’ What great writing on that one, too. She’s fierce, she’s intent, she is everything the ear wants to listen to, and on repeat. Do yourself a favor and not only buy this for you, but purchase a copy for your best friend, significant other or family member. Music is timeless, and this is one of those albums we will remember forever. GREAT job, Alyssa.
