Excellent New Jazz Album
I heard the track “Gentle Rain” (among others) on a local jazz station and my dad, who is a classical guitarist, walked in and said “Wow, this is such nice music, it is so refreshing to hear...” and they mentioned that Lolly is one of LA’s most prominent vibraphonists and my dad, who also studied with Segovia, said “Yeah, they’re right...” - so I had to check out the whole album, and, yes, he’s right!
