Chapter 5--Great Album

Been a fan of Syleena Johnson since Chapter 1 and she keeps getting better. Underrated is a great title for this album, but she has been underrated for so long. Wish Syleena nothing but the best.

DJ Jamad ,

Underrated because...

Syleena has a strong voice but this album totally lacks creative innovation. The lyrics & song titles sound like they were copied from the pages of a 16 year olds journal/diary. I understand trying to cross over but this is not the "formula" to do that. To make an artist relevant by "current trends" then remix or create an album that is more "electronic" like Dubstep/Techno/Dance/Pop sound would be a good start. Otherwise this effort lacks any strong value. It would be better if Syleena took the Folk/gospel route. The comments don't sound a bit accurate but the "popularity bar" tells the truth. Labels need to research what "sounds" are current to help an artist succeed today. This just isn't a sincere effort in my opinion and not what it takes to make an artist less underrated. Today, it is harder than ever to succeed but one doesn't have to look very far to see what works. Someone needs to get fired!

So Beautiful, but I'm not surprised.

Syleena has been one of my favorite singers since 2001 and she never ceases to amaze me. Such a unique sexy and soulful instrument. I absolutely love it!
