WOW....best Alice album in a long time

Seriously...why arn't there more reviews for this album? This is my favorite Alice album since, Welcome to my nightmare. I love all the other ones...and they have some songs I like more....but this is a true ALBUM...top to bottom you can enjoy listening to every song.

If you're a fan of Alice Cooper, this is a must.

If you're going to just buy a few songs, I recommend: Brutal Planet, Wicked Young Man, Blow me a Kiss, Eat some more, Pick up the Bones and Gimme.

A step into a heavier genre

While Alice Cooper has always pushed the envelope with his musical stylings, Brutal Planet was a huge leap from the hair metal that was Trash and Hey Stoopid and the more orchestrated Last Temptation. That being said, it's a great album all around. Alice pulls off the hard rock very well, and it never seems to get old. Definitely worth buying.

Brutal Planet was the first Alice Cooper album I ever got (yeah I know, I'm a late bloomer, but better late than never) and let me tell you, it doesn't get darker than this. There isn't a song on this album that I don't love; "Gimme", "Pessi-Mystic", "Sanctuary", and the title track are some of my favorites. (But it's so hard to choose!!!)
