As delightful as the movie

What struck me as I watched the movie, was how "fun" the main title track was...it was if the music itself were picking the grapes. And the rest of the scores are just as well fitted with the movie. This is simply good music to have on in the background as you, no doubt, sip wine.

magnificent!

not only is this a fabulous movie that tells a great story, but it is also a fabulous score! I'm a sucker for movie scores and this one is definitely on the top of my list!

Simply put, it's amazing!

I was born and raised here in the Napa Valley and I have to say at first I was unsure about watching a movie based on where I live. I've been all over this valley and clearly recognize many places in the film. I have to say I love how they only had to bring in cars from the 70's to downtown Calistoga cause it looks pretty much the same as it did then as it does now. I have to say though if the setting is right (convertible, cloudless, mid-80 degree temperature, and the middle of summer), a nice drive around the valley, north up Silverado Trail and then back down highway 29 listening to this album on low just as ambient sound, you would experience Napa at its best. Sure Napa brings people here for its wine but if you know where to go the scenery is worth the trip all in itself. I'm just lucky enough to have been born here so I can make that drive anytime I'd like just to put things into perspective.
