I Wasn't Expecting This Gift!

I can't stop playing this album ~ I miss harmonies like this on records ~ especially Cowsills harmony! You will not be disappointed if you buy the whole album.

Nostalgic? Think Again🌟

I deliberately purchased this "grown up" version of The Cowsills, after having seen the documentary of their younger days: they have more than matured/ they have paid their dues, run life's gauntlet & that which did not kill them ( some have sadly passed) made them better- much better❗I applaud & celebrate this 'rising from the ashes' album. The melodious harmonies are infectious. You too can have the pleasure of having the earwig of the INDIAN LAKE intro stuck in your brain
For days❗A fun ride with this new/old group🎤🎧🎼🎶🎵🎹

A Beautiful Gift

As a member of GenX born weeks after the release of their biggest hit to date I fell in love with The Cowsills and their music as a result of Louise Palanker's beautiful documentary. Fans have been clamoring for new Cowsill music and this album doesn't disappoint - it is incredible! The Cowsills sound as beautiful today as they did back in the 60s & 70s and their music has stood the test of time. To catch any member of the Cowsill Family in concert today - in their various incarnations - Bob on his own, Bob, Paul, & Susan as The Cowsills, Susan with husband Russ as a duo or with The Susan Cowsill Band, or John as the singing drummer for The Beach Boys is an absolute treat - but to have 6 of the 7 Cowsill siblings performing together plus extended family members and friends is a true gift to lovers of GREAT music! Thank you Louise Palanker and The Cowsill Family!!!! This is not a band from the past - this is a family of incredibly talented musicians who we should always expect to hear more from in the future!
