10 Songs, 41 Minutes

EDITORS’ NOTES

"Hells Bells" sets a mournful tone with its slow, ominous build, but once Johnson leans into the mic, the band is back in business. From there on out, it's a masterful metal adventure that features some of the heaviest and most fist-pumping music of their career, including "Rock and Roll Ain't Noise Pollution" and the tune that's probably inspired more late-night sing-alongs than any other, "You Shook Me All Night Long."

One of best hard rock albums...

I heard this album for the first time when i was 13 years old. It was a defining moment. Even though I've moved on to other musical tastes and genres over the years. I still think it's one the best straight up hard rock albums ever made. All the songs are straight forward and to the point. No ballads, no bs. Just good rock n roll music. It never gets old to me (and I listen to a lot of music). The songs have never lost their punch. I can listen to the most extreme Norwegian death metal, electronic, or industrial music and listen to this and still think it's heavy in it's own way and be totally satisfied. No matter how far I stray... I always come back home to my roots to the band that started it all for me when I was a kid. I love AC/DC. Glad to see them on iTunes.

THE GREATEST ALBUM I'VE EVER HEARD...

Five stars isn't enough. Listening to "Back In Black" for the first time was a defining period in my life. I remember vividly when I was just seven years old and my dad played this CD in the car. I had no idea what any of the lyrics meant at the time, but this music was unlike anything I'd ever heard. It was dark, it was wild, but above all else, it was pure fun from start to finish. Over the years, I've constantly revisited this album, coming to appreciate it more and more with each listen. And every time, it never gets old. The songs still pack the same volatile punch they did years ago thanks to Brian Johnson's raspy, high-pitched voice and the epic guitar strums and drum beats that saturated every delicious once of this record. Now that "Back In Black" is finally available to purchase, I can't wait to relive that period in my youth over and over again. It's gonna be absolutely amazing.

What would we listen to if this album didn't came out?

After the unfortunate passing of Bon Scott, the band decided to move on with new frontman Brian Johnson and the result was outstanding as ever...until now. It has become one of the highest selling music album of all-time by a rock band and we as followers could agree. AC/DC's Back in Black will always be part of history's greatest music albums. From songs such as "Hells Bells", "Shoot to Thrill", "You shook me all night long", and the self titled track, this album is worth on your music collection no matter what genre you are into. I have the cassette, the CD, the vinyl and now here on iTunes. AC/DC will always be here to stay! \m/
