This soundtrack is simply wonderful. Shiro Sagisu has done it again!. "For The Dead" and "Rise Up" have to be my favorite. This soundtrack is a wonderful treat to have if you're a Shiro Sagisu fan. And if you are just getting into Sagisu's music for the first time... then this is a perfect album to start with.

One of the Best Scores I've Ever Heard

Shiro Sagisu is a genius. An absolute master. Each song has a distinct rhythm and mood. No two songs ever feel the same, unless they're remakes of other songs on the album. The anime ost, while good, cannot compare to this amazing, beautiful score. Sagisu can mix a lot of classical music, with rock, with dubstep, and his signature choir adding an extra sense of impact.

His choir is at their finest. They're words give each song a special impact, and give me chills when they're at their best. My two favorite songs are "Orchestre, apogee", and "Temper the wind". Both these songs convey an epic fanfare to them, and make me so hyped. Every big moment gives me chills every time I hear it. Absolutely masterful. His songs "War Song" and "Die die die die!!" are both haunting songs with deep subtext and themes, as well as an outstanding choir. "God have mercy" is beautiful. It's a beautifully haunting piece about God, with the organ in the background. "The Original Sin" and "Masterplan, metalopera" are both classical masterpieces in their own right. I could go on about how beautiful and memorable these tracks are, but I'll keep it at this.

If you love musical scores, and orchestral music, this is a MUST BUY. This is, in my opinion, one of the best scores of all time, from my favorite composer of all time.

Worthy of Eternal Praise

This is what Batman vs Superman could've sounded like. Oh well. I'm more used to the anime series, and I still haven't seen the actual movie. I was told to check out the movie soundtrack, and I'm so happy I did! Amazing work!
