Excellent Album

I have been following King Radio locally for years, and this release is their most mature to date. The string arrangements, intricate melodies and well-spun lyrics make this a must listen. Highlights include "Famous Umbrellas", which uses a typewriter as a percussion instrument, Caveat Emptor, Meet the Maker, and The Pistil and the Stamen.

This has the flavor of a 70's throwback album, and the two covers on the disc, Intermission (used in Woody Allen's Bananas) and Am I the Same Girl? (a witty rendition of the Dusty Springfield classic) don't disappoint.

A consistent listen throughout, I highly recommend Are you the Sick Passenger.
