great album!

but it's not as good as their first album entitled "jesus." i remember when they were an honest gospel band and now they have gone to the dark side and made droning, darkly accessible indie rock:)

I don't get why this isn't more exposed

Okay, that's a lie. I definitely get that this may not possess mass appeal, but honestly, this *entire* album is so... so... clean. Not that it's "prissy," it's just so well done and while their sound and style are coherent throughout the entire album, their range is surprisingly versatile. The songs don't feel like repeats, and this is a really great album that I don't mind just letting it go at its own pace. I often find myself jumping around tracks on an album (if all of its tracks are even good enough), but this album is so well thought out, it's almost meticulous. But not in a strained fashion.
Okay, so I'm ranting, but I love this album. I don't know why I didn't post my thoughts here sooner. I wish I were famous so I could "tweet" the crap out of this album and get it known, haha. (Their new EP is also amazing, even though it's not on iTunes.)

One of the best albums ever!!

So I heard this band a few years ago and they blew my mind. I got everything I could by them, even a online only remix of songs of Anti-Anti, and still want more. I anxiously await their EP and full length due out in 2010, sooner than later I hope. Snowden has jumped into my top 5 favorite bands of all time in 2 short years. This album is almost flawless through and through.... you'll be shakin your shoulders in no time. I highly recommend this album...trust me
