Airy, eclectic indie rock from the Southern California quintet. Produced in part by frequent Kanye collaborator and “Uptown Funk” co-writer Jeff Bhasker, Strange puts a gently contemporary spin on '70s styles, evoking early Michael Jackson (“Elsewhere”), prime Led Zeppelin (“Jungle Youth”), and the soft rock dreams of Toto (“Titus Was Born”).
