Why is every freakin' song a radio edit?

This seems like a trend back to trance, but songs are too short. Trance is supposed to be five to eight minutes long, isn't it?
@arminvanbuuren, please go back to extended mixes. Maybe a combination of radio edits and extended mixes would be good.
Also, don't do just 138bpm and slower trance and house, also do 146bpm and faster EDM such as Euro hard trance.
If you want to do commercial pop to make money, you should have made a side project so that you wouldn't get negative feedback. There's much more to making music than just money. Making money from your products isn't as important as pleasing your fans and customers with your products.
When Armin did something different, he wasn't doing much new. Armin was mostly just following other artists.
Nice that Armin has tried something different, but he has gone this commercial sell-out trend for quite long enough.
I do like 50/50 electro house/trance. But why doesn't Armin do happy hardcore?
This seems like trance.
I wouldn't be bothered if Armin did heavy metal. He shouldn't be too dark though. And if he does metal, he should combine metal with trance and house.
Maybe Armin should do sci-fi themes.
A State of Trance was greatest from 2004 to 2008. Good until 2012. It's gotten worse for s few more years. Now it seems to be getting better but still radio edits.
Fans, if you want true trance, get Paul Van Dyk, Talla 2XLC, and Sean Tyas. They stay true to trance. Also get Armin's side project Rising Star which also stays true to trance.

Not a continuous mix!

Awesome songs, but really disappointed that they are not mixed together... almost every other cd contains a long continuous mix 🤷‍♂️
