Lea Salonga’s Princess Jasmine offers up a wide-eyed innocence that plays off Kane’s knowing presence on the sparkling “A Whole New World”; Regina Belle and Peabo Bryson’s radio-ready rework of that ballad retains its wonder while adding lush synths.
