Wagner adapted for film

While it worth noting that Richard Wagner's influence on the development of psychology is addressed fairly well in the film, the musical credit really belongs to Wagner. Shore has done a fine job of adapting themes, primarily from Der Ring des Nibelungen. The soft piano music reminds me of Liszt's transcriptions of Wagner's work. When it comes to the Siegfried Idyll, it is absurd however that Wagner goes without mention.
