Black-clad howler and poet Enrique Bunbury, the band’s fearless leader, declares on the power chord-fuming title track that madness never had a master. They crank down the distortion for “La Chispa Adecuada,” a heart-rending power ballad laced with gorgeous Middle Eastern melodies. Gritty blues and temperamental riffs abound; “Parasiempre” uses steel strings to evoke The Doors’ darkest moments.
