Blown Away

This album is so versatile, unique and fresh that it had me listening to it over and over again. The variety of music is so pleasing to listen to. You have jazz, lite and funky jazz, new age, easy listening. I definitely will add this to my favorite albums list. Check it out! You will not be disappointed.

NICE!!

I apologize for being so late in discovering this album but it is really nice. I enjoy many of the cuts I've heard and will definitely look for MORE OF THEIR WORK.

Fabulous:

This album is "feast" for the ears. It is ripe with texture and nuance — full of delightful and unexpected surprises, like the coupling of hauntingly-beautiful, monastic voices singing "alelluia" over Indian tablas on Hypnotocracy, or the richly-textured, almost ragged, blues vocals laid over the smooth-as-silk piano, brass and strings on Climb. Some of the tunes evoke the sensation of floating — gliding effortlessly along, propelled by expansive sounds, searching chord progressions and the irresistible rhythm of the drums and percussion. Two up-tempo tunes, Spunky and the title track, Welcome to the Party are full of infectious optimism and good humor. One of my favorites is the delicate and beautiful Blessed Rain. All of the tracks are honed and polished, surprising but always tasteful. Every track has a solid groove.
