California-based electronic musician Moore Kismet produces a sparkling, intricately detailed blend of atmospheric trap and melodic bass music, influenced by dubstep, trance, house, and other genres. Born Omar Davis, the songwriter, DJ, visual artist, screenwriter, and voice actor began their recording career at the age of 13, quickly earning praise throughout the EDM community for their bold, inventive, and emotive productions. Releases such as the 2020 EP Revenge of the Unicorns are informed by their journey coming out as non-binary and pansexual, and representation has been a constant theme of their work -- they are also involved with the creation of Stargazers, an animated series with a primarily LGBTQ+ cast and crew. 2021's Vendetta for Cupid and Flourish EPs preceded the release of Moore Kismet's full-length debut, 2022's Universe.
