Louche alternative rapper Rob Apollo taps into the cultural zeitgeist with complex wordplay laced with humor, irony, and sarcasm. The prolific Detroit native made his commercial debut in 2018 and has released dozens of singles, multiple EPs, and several brief albums that include NSFW: Notoriously Debaucherous (2022) and NSFW 2: I Like Girls (2023). The latter features the viral hit "Seppuku." It was followed the next year by the high-lonesome trap anthem "Marlboro Man."
