In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My parents playing music on the stereo daily, from Cole Porter to Coldplay. I fell in love with music of all genres...and hearing Taylor Swifts' RED album. It was in that moment that I knew I was going to do music for the rest of my life. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? BTS, Love Yourself 結 'Answer' Chet Baker, Chet Baker Sings twenty one pilots, Blurryface Listening to this Chet album since I was young was such a huge impact musically. BTS "LY" everything about it, concept, production, NO SKIPS. Brilliant. and Blurryface changed my life to how I was going to express lyrics in a modern but poetic way. Tell us why you chose this song. “Distance” One of my favorite songs I've ever written and composed with the chord progressions. It came naturally and in real-time during the pandemic, where isolation was affecting relationships. I frequently get others reaching out to me on its relatability. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Wow...full circle moment when I won The Launch 2. Recording and working with Ryan Tedder, and hearing my song Better on the radio. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? The list is infinite. Performing in venues like the Greek Theatre and Madison Square...and collaborating with more of my inspirations...or scoring/composing a movie soundtrack...!
