In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As early as age 4, I’d ask family members to gather and listen to me sing. I have a pink journal which I would write my songs in, from 8 years old. Songs about the stars, sea and sky. Clearly nothing’s changed! Melodies forever flowed though me. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Drake, Take Care Rihanna, ANTI (Deluxe) Sade, The Best of Sade (Remaster) Sade Love Deluxe - The essence of this sound is the perfect mood. I can dance and relax. Take Care - Monumental. This dropped when I was a teen and it inspired me in more ways than I can mention. Anti - Legendary. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Return to Love” I was 19, when I wrote this with handle tucker & Willie Stewart in Miami. It flowed effortlessly through me. We knew the song was bigger than all of us and carried an impactful message for the world. I released it in 2020, at a much needed time.
