Rare is the case that a musician's parent finds fame after their child has. The arrival of rapper Big Hit, the father of Grammy-winning producer Hit-Boy, is as improbable as they come: his journey has been littered with decades of personal and legal setbacks, ultimately culminating in the releases of 2023's SURF OR DROWN, Vol. 2 and The Truth Is in My Eyes -- two long-awaited collaborative albums with his son -- and a host of other material, including 2025's Free Big Hit.
