In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Hearing my grade 2 teacher, playing piano in class, that ignited the love for the instrument. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Nduduzo Makhathini, Listening to the Ground Robert Glasper Experiment, Black Radio Rudy Estillore, Koa Kaulana II The Glasper and Mkhathini albums were revolutionary as they taught me that harmony is limited less. KOA II is where I got to express some of the influences as I am apart of the project Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Vuka (feat. Dudu Makhoba & Sinqo Singo)” It’s a lovely combination of great harmony mixed with hood elements of dance What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Releasing the first project, it was the beginning of it all. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Taking over the world, there’s nothing more greater than that.
