About Ten Kills the Pack

The stage name of Canadian singer/songwriter Sean Sroka, Ten Kills the Pack delivers insightful tales of life, love, and loss from the perspective of a poet and city dweller. Sroka, who spent years touring and playing with bands of various genres, elected to go solo in 2017 and began releasing music under the Ten Kills the Pack moniker shortly thereafter. Drawing on his admiration for artists like Bob Dylan, Laura Marling, Stan Rogers, and the National, as well as the written works of Sylvia Plath, Frank O’Hara, and e.e. cummings, the Mississauga native's detailed urban indie-folk songs eventually caught the attention of Nettwerk Music Group, which signed Sroka in 2019. Force Majeure, his debut EP, was released in May 2020. ~ James Christopher Monger
