Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, The Best Of Ella Fitzgerald And Louis Armstrong On Verve John Coltrane, Johnny Hartman, John Coltrane and Johnny Hartman Classics Oum Kalthoum, Oum Kalthoum These albums represent what I love in music. These artists are their art. These are albums that are timeless and even if this isn't the best example of the style and their abilities it still has their essence in it. I feel like I have succeeded to capture a melody that is both natural and simple and complexed at the same time. I like how the eastern instruments are free on the somewhat restricting rhythm. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing with Arnie Lawrence in the NY Beacon Theatre, Playing solo recitals
