Not to be confused with the death/thrash band from Michigan, the Texan band named Dagon specializes in an exceedingly cvlt, trve, primal, and putrid style of black metal. Founded in 2003, it consists of vocalist/guitarist Rhaxiil and drummer Antinom, and has thus far released 2005's Architects of the Black Crown EP, 2006's They Who Abideth Amidst the Poison LP, 2008's In Desolationem Per Nefandum LP, and 2009's Black Lead EP. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia
