As one of the biggest acts of the '90s, Massive Attack practically invented trip-hop and absorbed sound styles from all over as The Wild Bunch sound system. Soul, punk, dub reggae, '60s French pop and Italian film score composers like Ennio Morricone all had equal influences in their stylistic decisions.
