T-Bone started out in the early '90s, mostly playing Bob Marley covers—but slowly transitioned into local reggae pioneers. Nowadays they're arguably Thailand's biggest export; the nine-piece even playing Glastonbury Festival in 2005. Wearing 2tone influences on their sleeve they fuse reggae, ska and jazz, incorporating homegrown influences and lyrics. It's a formula that proves infectious, with the brass-tinged retro vibes of "Ska Rider" and "My Sweet Malai" becoming party anthem staples—while tracks like "Like U" show a laidback, mellower side to the band.
