Though they've endured turbulent times since releasing their eponymous debut album in 2001—having to cope with the death of a lead singer as well as multiple band member changes can't have been easy—Potato's popularity continues to rise. They have won numerous best album, best song and best group gongs from numerous top Thai music awards, including the Seed, Top and Gmember awards. Romantic rock ballads and jaunty alternative pop tunes with great guitar hooks are what kept Potato a staple diet of Thai's music fans.
