In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was about 11 years old, I was visiting my cousin in Philadelphia when he had shown me A Milli from Lil' Wayne's Tha Carter III, and I was completely enthralled by it. I asked him to teach me how to rap and we stayed up all night writing songs. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? JAY-Z, The Blueprint Lil Wayne, Tha Carter III Nas, Illmatic Especially when I was first getting into rap, these albums were the first ones that I studied. Illmatic is actually the first album I ever bought with my own money, and I remember even having Nas'' lyrics taped on my wall when I was a kid. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Mediocre” This is my most favorite song that I have ever written so far. I wrote this song after experiencing a period of a lack of growth, and realizing that we as a people would find comfort in it. I wanted to express the freedom from that situation.
