In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a kid, my grandmother had basement parties at her home in L.I. I was fascinated by how the DJ controlled the emotions and mood of the crowd. Those parties, surrounded by friends and family, shaped my love and appreciation for music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? De La Soul, Stakes Is High Nas, Illmatic The Roots, Do You Want More?!!!??! De La Soul is one of my all-time favorite groups and the lyrics and production on Stakes...are incredible. Having Illmatic in your top 3 is a Hip-Hop rule. From the dream team of producers to Nas' lyrical. The Roots made 1995 a legendary year. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “We Cut Different” After making music in a vacuum for decades, we decided to put the work into the world. When I finished the track, and let the team hear it, we knew it was the single. It's the most authentic representation of us musically. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Look, we're still new at this. We're independent artists doing this on our own dime, in between life responsibilities and holding down a 9 to 5. We'd be happy if only one person showed us love. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We're releasing an EP called "What's The Point If No One Hears You Volume One." Once that's out in the world, we hope to have Volume Two finished for the new year.
