One of my earliest musical memories is recording at my producer's studio in Queens, NY and him introducing me to Nas in 1996. It was very inspiring to meet one of my favorite rappers of all time. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Dr. Dre, The Chronic Makaveli, The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory Nas, Illmatic I'd say The Chronic because Dr Dre. scored this album like a movie. Secondly, Killiuminati because 2Pac put his life into this one. Lastly, Illmatic because Nas captured the pure essence of Hip Hop from start to end with vivid lyrics and dope beats. Tell us why you chose this song. “Nefertiti” I love this song because it shows genuine appreciation for a strong black woman. It also, gives the listener a softer side and a balance of how a man can vulnerable. I also, love the marriage of the lyrics, delivery and production on this one. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My most memorable moment of my career so far is my song "Aruba" hitting #1 at radio. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I have 3 things left on bucket list; collaborating with either Nas, Jay-Z or 50 Cent.
