Korn's nu-metal is single-minded in its brutality yet impressively varied in its attack. The primitive throwdown "Ball Tongue" reveals their love for groove metal's meaty pummel. On the far more technical "Chaos Lives In Everything", they adopt dubstep's fidgety clatter and distorted bass thump. Soaked in dense, slasher flick atmospherics, "Seed" captures Korn at their most esoteric.
