Kool Moe Dee is rightly classed as a real deal hip-hop legend. As part of the Treacherous Three he scored old school era classics, including a track that changed the way MCs rapped. His self-titled solo debut in 1986 saw him making moves with a young producer called Teddy Riley while the following year's How Ya Like Me Now ignited a fearsome diss war with LL Cool J. Outside of his recorded discography, the Manhattan-raised rapper also scored a place in the history books for being the first hip-hop artist to perform at the GRAMMYS®.
