About Our Last Night
Formed in 2004 by brothers Trevor and Matthew Wentworth, Our Last Night is a post-hardcore/metal band with a penchant for covering hit pop songs. ∙ With live shows and self-released EPs, Our Last Night built a regional New England following, then signed with Brett Gurewitz’s Epitaph Records in 2007, when Trevor was just 13 years old. ∙ Their debut album, 2008’s The Ghosts Among Us, rose to No. 6 on Billboard’s Heatseekers-Northeast Region chart. ∙ The 2013 video for their first pop cover, of Adele’s “Skyfall”—included on a deluxe edition of the 2012 album Age of Ignorance—has been viewed more than 17 million times. ∙ The band’s videos for their versions of Imagine Dragons’ “Radioactive,” Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You,” and Katy Perry’s “Dark Horse” each have more than 20 million views. ∙ Partnering with anti-bullying organization The BULLY Project, the group released the popular video for the rock anthem “Sunrise” in 2014. ∙ Their take on Panic! At the Disco’s “High Hopes” appeared on the 2019 covers album Worship and Tributes Volume II, celebrating the 250th issue of British music mag Rock Sound.
