In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first musical memory would probably be in elementary school. I remember stealing my dad's CD collection and I would try to emulate what I had heard and put it into my own words to re rap the records to my friends at school the next day. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Eminem, The Marshall Mathers LP Jazmine Sullivan, Love Me Back Lil Wayne, Tha Carter The reason Tha Carter's at number one should be obvious, Wayne's the goat and he happens to be from my city so all my life he's been a neighborhood hero to me. As far as Em goes, he gave me that crazy psycho underground rap that I was addicted to. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Leilani's Playlist” I chose this record because when I recorded it none of the homies was feelin' it, So i was kinda bummed about it but I uploaded it anyway and the women loved it ! So for me I was just like "dope, these people love something I created". What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My most memorable moment was probably realizing that I had finally hit a million streams on my parents patio. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? My only goal is to be able to provide for the ones I love off of music. I want to be famous enough to tour but lowkey enough to go to Walmart lol. I just want to be great at the end of the day. I want to be someone that New Orleans can look up to.
