In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember my Mom would always sing and play music at home, and always had a story to tell us. At 9 I had already started playing drums at church and would walk to the church premises to practice ahead of the band What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Aṣa, Asa [Asha] J. Cole, 2014 Forest Hills Drive Kendrick Lamar, good kid, m.A.A.d city Because these albums really left a mark on me. Not only are the songs relatable but I feel an instant connection with the sound and production on these projects. Tell us why you chose this song. “After Zero (feat. Delis)” I chose this song because it reeks of purity, it was before I got knowledge of the music business and the politics. I feel it expresses my authentic self. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Getting recognition from experienced veterans in the Ghanaian music space such as M.anifest, Reggie Rockston with my recent release Nuff Chat is a milestone I appreciate. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes, definitely connecting with more people and having global presence through hardwork and dedication is definitely one thing I look forward to
