Dramatis

About Dramatis

British synth pop outfit Dramatis originated as Gary Numan's backing band before striking out on their own when Numan announced his retirement from live performances in 1981. Following a handful of singles and their 1981 debut album, For Future Reference, the group disbanded, eventually reuniting with Numan a year later. Dramatis were revived in 2019 and released the single "The Torment of Angels," and Cherry Red reissued an expanded version of their debut album in 2022.
