The White Stripes Essentials

The White Stripes Essentials

With their matching outfits and enigmatic persona, Detroit duo The White Stripes were one of the most intriguing acts to emerge in the early '00s. But the guitar wizardry of gentleman Jack and dynamic percussion of his former wife Meg also proved their style had substance, as heard on their 2003 critical smash Elephant. Jack and Meg White were just as thrilling when they expanded on their primitive blues sound with Get Behind Me Satan and Icky Thump before going their separate ways, professionally speaking, in 2011.
