Roy Thomas Baker: The Producers

Roy Thomas Baker: The Producers

Roy Thomas Baker got his start with Decca Records at the tender age of 14, beginning as an apprentice engineer long before becoming an in-demand producer. As heard on huge-selling albums by new wave trailblazers like The Cars and Devo, as well as hard-rock mainstays like Queen and Cheap Trick, Baker's spare and punchy sound was suited perfectly for rock's transition from the '70s into the '80s.
