Mario Luperi is an Italian bass who has been engaged for performances in the opera houses of Catania, Cagliari, Tel Aviv, the Maggio in Florence, the Monnaie in Brussels, both the Châtelet and Bastille operas in Paris, and the Verona Arena. His roles include Ferrando in Il trovatore, the Infernal God and the Oracle in Gluck's Alceste, Angelotti in Tosca, Colline in La bohème, the Commendatore in Don Giovanni, Sparafucile in Rigoletto, and Pistola in Falstaff. He has recorded his role in La bohème.
