In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember asking for a drum set for years but I was 7 so my parents got me a very plastic, children's, snare drum—the kind you see in the kid's section of a toy store. I remember being so angry that I couldn't rock out hahaha. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? PhaseOne, Transcendency Sleep Token, Take Me Back To Eden mae, The Everglow These 3 albums perfectly sum up all the things I love about music. The blending of genres, getting weird, feeling goosebumps but also having heart, a sense of calm, and the appreciation of the art form. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Lose Control” I love all my songs but this one was a step back to my roots. I had lost the love of heavy music for quite some time but being able to mix it with electronic synths made it feel fresh and unique to me. I love this sound and hope to expand upon it. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? To be honest I haven't gotten there yet. My first goal is to have a song hit 1,000,000 streams so when that happens ill be sure to take a little time to celebrate. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Of course, I am always striving to grow and learn as an artist. I really enjoy the business side of the industry so growing SFINX organically and putting in the time and effort is going to make the big moments really hit home for me.
