Perth, Western Australia-based vocalist Bryant Best formed I Am Zero in 2014 after the breakup of his previous group, Saviour. I Am Zero was rounded out by bassist/vocalist Michael Barr, guitarist Urvin Seeburuth, and drummer Michael Matta, and had an aggressive, post-hardcore/nü-metal-influenced sound. The group's debut EP Dark Sky was released digitally in January 2015, preceded by the Mortal Kombat-inspired single/video "The Winter Sun." ~ Paul Simpson
