In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember as a kid I was shopping and my mother had given me money to get school shoes. I wound up in a Best Buy in the mall, and Music Maker 7 by Magix caught my eye. I had to have it. That was my first music software and where it all began. Sorry! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 50 Cent, Get Rich or Die Tryin Eminem, The Marshall Mathers LP Snoop Dogg, Doggystyle Only 3!? Doggystyle made me fall in love with hip-hop and music in general at a young age. I remember hearing it at 5 years old. The MMLP made me want to be a writer. Em's overall skill is wild. 50/Get Rich or Die Tryin made me want to be a rapper! Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Selfish” Selfish was the first track I fully wrote AND produced 100% to release to the world. I stopped rapping to learn production, the beat was to sell. I decided I liked the beat too much and needed to rap on it. That is where the idea “Selfish” came from! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? When my friend Ju$MyLuck told me he was doing a track with Big T and Bizarre, and he wanted me & co. to feature and produce on it. Not only did I grow up on D12/Bizarre, Big T is one of my favorite battle rappers and JML is on my top list. Awesome. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to rap with some of the greats and my favorites, but these days I really want to produce. Maybe for Joey Bada$$, Eminem, Lloyd Banks, Kendrick, Drake, J Cole, Russ… so many brilliant artists that inspired me.
