Back in 2005, guitarist Cristóbal Briceño and bassist Simón Sánchez came up with the concept for Fother Muckers: a band traversing the diverse spectrum of effortless pop melodies with sparks of rock, indie and soul. After four studio albums and a journey that ended in 2011, four-piece Fother Muckers left behind a legacy of delightful hooks, smooth guitar and accessible, memorable tunes. Briceño and Sánchez would, however, go on to form another band that would continue to explore their burgeoning indie sound, as Ases Falsos.
